Workplace experiences of people who stutter.
Thank you for your  interest in participating in this research.

We know that stuttering can affect communication and that people experience their stuttering in different ways. We are interested in whether your stuttering affects your experiences in the workplace.

We would like you to complete a survey that is composed of a range of questions about your history of stuttering, your education and employment.  We are also interested to know about your reactions to stuttering in the workplace.

The survey will take you between 10 and 15 minutes to complete. We would like you to complete ALL questions, and you will need to do this in one session.

Please read the Participant Information Sheet on the next screen and the information about consent. If you consent you will be able to start the survey.

The information that you provide by completing this survey will increase knowledge about the experiences of people who stutter in the workplace  and may help us understand stuttering better and design better treatments.

A note on privacy
This survey is anonymous.
The record kept of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you unless a specific question in the survey has asked for this. If you have responded to a survey that used an identifying token to allow you to access the survey, you can rest assured that the identifying token is not kept with your responses. It is managed in a separate database, and will only be updated to indicate that you have (or haven't) completed this survey. There is no way of matching identification tokens with survey responses in this survey.
